Merritt Design llc, is a full service multi-disciplinary design studio lead by Ethan Merritt. Offering design services for building, interior design, planning, development + feasibility, project delivery, and construction administration. The firm is lead by Ethan Merritt. After years of practicing in New York City he now splits time between upstate NY and Aspen, Colorado. Those magical and special places are his source for inspiration, action, and to be in community with Nature. From here we can dream up the rich environments for your next project. We can take you from a dreaming about a home to moving in and loving it. We specialize in forward thinking designs, creative hospitality, environmentally conscious development, and luxurious residences. Our belief utilizes Common Sense infused with Nature. Each project is a unique partnership between the involved teams; we are happy to discuss how to best serve you and your needs.

A La Carte

While the core of this agreement is Basic Services, our interdisciplinary design team has the capacity to integrate Interior Design, Fabrication, and Consulting Services.
The way this agreement is structured, Consulting Interior Design and Consulting Landscape Design may be provided as Supplemental Services on as-needed, but limited basis. Full Interior Design and/or Landscape Architecture Services are also available and may be provided under a separate agreement. These agreements, if desired, should ideally be entered into at the end of the Predesign / Schematic Design Phase.
